Design Trade offers a range of web design services, which may include, but are not limited to:

Website maintenance and support

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials needed for the completion of the services. The Client is responsible for ensuring that any content provided is lawful and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Fees: The Client agrees to pay the fees as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract.
Invoicing: Invoices will be issued according to the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement.
Upon full payment, the Client will own the rights to the final deliverables provided by Design Trade. However, Design Trade retains the right to use project materials in its portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the course of the project. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client will pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Design Trade reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
