The Challenge

Talaria are looking to step into the UK market having had global success with their e-biked. Branded as Talaria UK to reach the UK audiance they needed a website designed that both showcases their vehicles whilst also making it easy for customers to purchase parts and accessories on their site.



Objectives

Since their launch in the early 2000s Lextek has sought to redefine the motorcycle industry through electification of motorcycles. A concept that has been explored many a time but failed Talaria were looking to make a difference with their well designed products, global success and parts backup support. With no website presence in Europe we were tasked with creating an e-commerce store from the ground up to reflect the ambition and aspiration of the brand.

It was crucual for Talaria UK to appoint the right partner for their step into the UK and the digital world. After pitching the idea web design and development agency DesignTrade were tasked to create this experience to rival competitors and set a new benchmark for the electric motorcycle industry.



Results

From 1st March to May compared to 1st June to 24th August, it’s important to note that the March-May period includes an extra month of data. During this comparison, we observed the following growth in metrics:

  • Total users increased by 28.3%.

  • New users saw a surge of 31.3%.

  • Sessions grew by 12.4%.

  • Engaged sessions experienced a 20% rise.
